Healthy Vegetarian Nachos

Ingredients
1 large bag corn chips or tortilla chips
1½ cups cooked black beans (or canned, rinsed)
1 cup cherry tomatoes or diced tomato
½ red onion, finely diced
½ cup guacamole or smashed avocado
1 cup Bekaa Dairy Labneh (as a healthy sour cream alternative)
1 fresh lime, cut into wedges
Fresh coriander leaves
1–2 fresh green chillies or jalapeños, sliced

Method
Preheat the Oven (Optional):
If you like your nachos warm, spread chips on a baking tray and heat for 5–8 minutes at 180°C.Layer it Up:
Arrange chips on a serving platter or tray. Top with black beans, diced tomatoes, red onion, and dollops of guacamole.Add the Star:
Spoon generous dollops of Bekaa Dairy Labneh over the nachos — it’s creamy, tangy, and a deliciously healthy upgrade from sour cream.Finish & Serve:
Top with coriander, chillies, and a squeeze of fresh lime. Serve immediately and enjoy with mates!
