Feta & Yoghurt Whipped Dip

Ingredients

  • 200g Danish-style feta, crumbled

  • ¾ cup Bekaa Dairy Attiki Natural Yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra to drizzle)

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Chilli flakes, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (to garnish)

  • Crusty bread or pita, to serve

An easy dip that will be a crowd pleaser at your next event

Method

  1. Blend the Dip:
    In a food processor or bowl, mix feta, Attiki yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and oregano until smooth and fluffy. For a chunkier dip, mash by hand instead.

  2. Finish & Serve:
    Spoon into a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chilli flakes and parsley. Serve with toasted bread or warm pita.

  3. Optional:
    Top with crushed walnuts, or a drizzle of honey for a sweet-savoury twist.
