Feta & Yoghurt Whipped Dip
Ingredients
200g Danish-style feta, crumbled
¾ cup Bekaa Dairy Attiki Natural Yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra to drizzle)
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp dried oregano
Chilli flakes, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (to garnish)
Crusty bread or pita, to serve
An easy dip that will be a crowd pleaser at your next event
Method
Blend the Dip:
In a food processor or bowl, mix feta, Attiki yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and oregano until smooth and fluffy. For a chunkier dip, mash by hand instead.Finish & Serve:
Spoon into a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chilli flakes and parsley. Serve with toasted bread or warm pita.Optional:
Top with crushed walnuts, or a drizzle of honey for a sweet-savoury twist.
